Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Then you may have found your next career move. We're looking for Aerial Laborers, based out of Houston, TX, to join our team and help connect America.

What you'll do:

Be the ground hand for technicians, provide parts as needed, move bucket truck as directed by technician.

Confirm that door-tagging and resident notification of our construction activities has been completed prior to starting each workday.

Ensure daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment is performed and documented. If appropriately licensed, drive company vehicles as needed to jobsite.

Use tools and rigging hardware to perform normal tasks associated with installation of antenna and lines

Climbing of Poles/towers to perform the installation of antenna and line systems

Fitting of connectors, attachment of coax to support system sealing and joints

Mounting of antenna support systems

Who we are looking for:

At least 18 years old

Authorized to work in the United States for this company

Currently have valid driver's license (CDL preferred)

Prior experience within the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry (preferred)

May have an understanding of installation and testing of the latest technologies (LTE, CDMA, UMTS) - Anritzu/PIMM certification a plus

Able to operate various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools in a safe manner

Able to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies

Can communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.

Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance

Able to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call) and in all weather conditions
