Page's Mission Critical team seeks a Project Manager for their fast-paced, highly nimble team focusing on projects requiring leadership of diverse teams delivering leading edge facilities on corporate and industrial sites. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 10 years' experience or 5 years' experience in large scale, multi-disciplinary, design. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter seeking progressive challenges who can effectively communicate with a variety of technical, professional, and managerial professionals.

Manage design teams delivering resilient, highly integrated complex cost-effective facilities for sophisticated domestic and international clients. Role involves client-facing, team-facing responsibilities, and responsibility to the firm. Lead industry-leading, multi-disciplinary design teams implementing fast-paced design projects solving complex design and construction challenges. Position offers significant growth potential with a wide range of responsibilities and leadership roles.

Responsibilities:
Forecast and organize project team for design, production, and document delivery

Successfully execute projects following Page's and Owner's protocols and procedures to reach the best solution

Coordinate with the client, consultants, and team members

Develop strong client, consultant, and collaborator relationships

Understand code, and jurisdictional requirements

Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals

Prepare and track cash flow projections, billings, and account receivables

Provide mentorship and guidance to project team

Champion quality

Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adjust in a fast-paced environment

10+ years' experience in similarly complex projects across diverse project sectors

Degree in architecture, engineering, or related field from an accredited university

Experienced in multiple project sizes, with concentration in large projects valued above $30MM

Proficient in financial tracking and administrative processes

Ability to communicate with others calmly and clearly, strengthening relationships

Proven effectiveness coordinating with owners, contractors, integrated multidisciplinary design teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants

Confident with public speaking and networking

Excellent technical writing skills
