This firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services, specializing in Construction Defect, Premise Liability, Professional Liability, Product Liability, and other related practice areas. This presents an incredible opportunity for candidates who are eager to apply their expertise to civil litigation.

Position: Commercial Litigation Attorney.

Skills and Responsibilities of the Commercial Litigation Attorney:


  • Manage a caseload of commercial itigation matters, guiding them from discovery to resolution.
  • Prepare a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and more.
  • Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and actively participate in trial and mediation proceedings.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to build robust cases.

Requirements of the Commercial Litigation Attorney:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with 5-10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Trial experience.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
