Are you an experienced Drafting Doc Controller looking for a new opportunity? We're looking for someone to provide critical drawing control and coordination services for both internal and external projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with Operations, Project Managers, and EPCs, ensuring that technical drawings and related information are managed efficiently through our Electronic Document Management System (EDM).

Key Responsibilities:

Support field locations and projects by managing, locating, printing, and distributing technical drawings.

Coordinate construction and As-building drawing services using the Meridian Document control software for EPC-assigned projects.

Assist in the development and continuous improvement of drawing, drafting, and equipment numbering standards.

Provide training and guidance to new team members and contractors on drawing processes and the Meridian system.

Investigate technical discrepancies and ensure data integrity across systems, collaborating with UST, Offshore, and Vector teams.

What You'll Need:

Technology diploma or a combination of related certification and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Advanced system knowledge of AutoDesk, MS Office Suite, and Meridian systems.

Strong organizational skills to manage time, tasks, and resources in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to work independently and solve technical problems with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in process creation and implementation.

Strong customer service mindset, with a focus on delivering results in a collaborative team environment.
