Overview:
The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator/Supervisor to join the only double Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences.
The Housekeeping Coordinator/Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the housekeeping department by coordinating daily movements, managing communication, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Housekeeping Management team to ensure all guest rooms, public spaces, and back of house spaces are immaculate, well-organized, and following the Forbes Five Star standards
Assign daily room assignments to Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Houseperson, and Supervisors
Monitor and track room status and guest requests are completed in a timely manner
Liaise between Housekeeping, Engineering, In-Room Dining, Reservations, and the Front Office department
Respond to guest requests and complaints with sense of urgency and professionalism
Prepare and update housekeeping reports, room status reports, efficiency reports, and etc.
Support room inspections as needed following the Forbes 5 Star standards. Assist with cleaning and room preparation as needed.
The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Hotel Management

Qualifications:
Preferred previous experience in a Forbes Travel Guide rated 5-Star property
Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the luxury hotel setting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues. Bilingual skills (English and additional language) preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Perform all job duties as requested by Leadership team
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experience
Pay Range:
USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
