We are looking to hire a skilled Junior IT Administrator to join an established team for a major oil and gas customer. The individual in this role will be responsible for accurate record keeping and updating of inventory in excel, as well as following technical documented processes to company requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to join the team onsite at the Houston office in the Energy Corridor. This position is onsite 5 days a week with the duration of up to 9 months.

Responsibilities

Inventory record keeping & updating in excel

Provide updated to senior team members

Lifting and moving of boxes with inventory

Imaging of devices using documented process

Requirements

Attention to detail

Onsite 5 days a week

Skilled in Excel

Interest in technology

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization

Self Starter with ability to work in collaborative team environment

Comfortable somewhat isolated from the rest of the workforce

Comfortable with repetitive work processes

High School Education or equivalent

Minimum 2 years administrative experience

Hours: 40 hours per week (minimum)

Salary: $40-45k depending on experience
