We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5-10 years of litigation experience, specializing in complex personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation, and construction defect cases. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise across a wide array of legal matters and enjoy handling a varied caseload in multiple practice areas.

Position: Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities & Requirements of the Litigation Attorney:


  • Manage a caseload of defense litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, analyze findings, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Actively participate in depositions, trials, and mediations.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams.
  • Hold a valid license to practice law in Texas.
  • Possess 5-10 years of litigation experience.
