Position: Plaintiff's Commercial Litigation Attorney

Location: Houston, TX

I am working with a dynamci Plaintiff Law Firm that is seeking a Plaintiff's Commercial Litigation Attorney to work on a fresh dockett of cases. The ideal canddidate will have 5 years litigating commercial cases for this firm.

Responsibilities and Qualifications of the Plaintiff's Commercial Litigation Attorney:


  • Trial experience is required.
  • Briefing and research skills required. Previous experience drafting appellate briefs; and appellate oral arguments preferred but not required.
  • Graduated Law School in the top 1/3rd of the class.
  • Personal injury experience is preferred, but not required.
