Position: Plant Audit Technician

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Exp: 3 7 Yrs

80%-90% Travel; from plant to plant.

6 Months Contract

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Plant Audit Engineer/Technician to join our team at Quest Global. As a Plant Audit Engineer/Technician, you will be responsible for conducting plant walk downs and analyzing P&ID and capture Name plates of Equipment along with the hierarchical details.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze Engineering drawings, including P&ID, SLD, and Layout, to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Utilize your knowledge of oil and gas process equipment to assess and verify equipment master data and equipment hierarchy.

Conduct physical asset verification and plan walk downs to ensure accurate documentation and identification of equipment.

Prepare detailed reports documenting findings with Name plates photographed and share with extended team to prepare Asset Registry

Clarify/Provide any missing information to the extended team as required

Willingness to travel to multiple locations to gather equipment information and collaborate with project teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge and experience in reviewing Engineering drawings, including P&ID, SLD, and Layout.

In-depth understanding of oil and gas process equipment.

Familiarity with equipment master data and equipment hierarchy.

Proven experience in physical asset verification and plan walk downs.

Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel to multiple locations as required.
