About the Role:
Myriad Global Media is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Production Coordinator to join our Houston team. In this role, you will not only help manage the successful execution of film, animations and general communication projects but also play an integral part in nurturing client relationships and identifying future opportunities.
This role will be the face of our production arm in the US, helping manage a variety of film and communication projects across different sectors, including energy, technology, and corporate communications. The position requires close collaboration with clients in Houston and coordination with our production teams globally.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for production, a strong desire to learn, and a love for client interaction. You will be reporting to the Account Directors and play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of all production-related activities. This position is primarily remote, but you will be expected to be present at a client site or meet with the broader team twice a week. Since most of our clients are located in The Woodlands, having a car and the ability to drive is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Production Managers to coordinate and film production projects and various communication initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients in Houston, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their needs.
Liaise with Myriad Global's production teams around the globe.
Support the Account Directors in managing day-to-day production activities, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
Help organize schedules, resources, and logistics for each project, ensuring timelines are met.
Has a budget overview of each project to be confident on what is and isn't in scope
Conduct regular check-ins with clients and teams, keeping all stakeholders updated on progress.
Handle client communications with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on client satisfaction.
Assist in managing vendors, freelancers, and contractors as required for different projects.
Ensure all projects align with Myriad's creative and production standards.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in film production, communications, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Passion for client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Confidence in picking up the phone and building rapport with clients and teams.
Familiarity with project management tools and production software is a plus.
An interest or background in the energy sector is a bonus, but not essential.
Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle
