Responsibilities:
Work with Project Administrator on creating new projects in Vantagepoint

Full cycle billing including setting up billing terms, monthly invoicing in Deltek, client portal billing requirements and supporting project documents

Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure accurate, timely monthly project invoicing.

Monitor Accounts Receivable and assist Project Managers with collection activities; process client invoices and prepare weekly outstanding invoices report to ensure payment is submitted in a timely manner.

Review and process project sub consultant invoices in Elevia Payables & Tracking Software according to contract and company policies

Review project contracts and management of additional services in Vantagepoint

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and ability to work independently

Software proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Deltek Vision/Vantage Point experience highly recommended or equivalent ERP system experience

5 years of experience in a professional service environment performing similar work duties
