  • Project Manager Role for Tilt-Wall General Contractor in the West Houston area
  • Opportunity to work for a small but growing General Contractor in the Office Interior Space

  • Houston-based full-service real estate development company. They have the capacity to oversee every aspect of a project, from design through the completion of construction.
  • The GC is equipped to handle real estate investment, development and construction of manufacturing facilities, industrial spaces, shopping centers, office spaces and much more.
  • The GCs principals, in-house architect, project managers, superintendents and consultants help inform every aspect of a project's lifecycle, which ultimately helps provide their clients with quality and aesthetically pleasing construction that's completed on time and competitively priced.

Description

  • Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Estimating project costs, creating budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocating resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Scheduling: Creating and maintaining project schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Contract Management: Negotiating contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, and overseeing contract execution to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project objectives and outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to construction standards and specifications.
