Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented MDM (Master Data Management) Data Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing master data across the organization, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.
Your insights will play a key role in enhancing data quality and supporting business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Analyze master data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Data Cleansing: Perform data cleansing and enrichment activities, including deduplication, standardization, and validation of master data.
Data Governance: Assist in the implementation and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality and compliance.
Reporting: Generate and present reports on data quality, data issues, and project status to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for data improvement.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data definitions, data lineage, and data quality metrics to support data management initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, data stewards, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Qlik) and familiarity with MDM solutions and platforms.
