Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support our client's Geology, Human Resources, IT, Corporate Facilities, and HSE departments. You'll work closely with stakeholders to procure services and materials while facilitating the end-to-end source-to-pay process. This role is based at their Houston Corporate office, with the option to work remotely two days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and monitor requests for services, software, and materials from stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation and revision of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders based on quotations and contracts.
• Manage vendor setup and changes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Draft, execute, and amend contracts in collaboration with the Contracts Team.
• Lead supplier/contractor negotiations, implementing cost reduction and avoidance strategies.
• Prepare and manage Requests for Quotations, evaluate quotes, and make award recommendations.
• Ensure accurate rate maintenance in Outline Agreements and expedite Purchase Orders.
• Reconcile invoices as needed and ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations.
• Independently plan and execute actions to meet customer requirements with minimal oversight.
• Develop clear, concise communications and manage assigned tasks effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain supporting Purchase Order lifecycle activities.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Purchase Order lifecycle activities.
