Job description
If you are selected as the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will produce and execute supply chain and contracting strategies, plans, and deliverables. Your position will be responsible for the sourcing of services to ensure improvement of best value agreements as part of the L48 Drilling or Completions Supply Chain team.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
â Deliver Supply Chain Management (SCM) services:
â Key Interface - function as key liaison for assigned categories to provide active solutions to business needs.
â Strategy Development & Plan - lead development of sourcing strategies and tactical execution plan for assigned categories.
â Review key category & market factors to determine optimal sourcing strategy
â Develop work plans and landmark schedules
â Integrate plans and schedules with business needs to enable on-time execution.
â Identify and participate in continuous improvement and market intelligence practices to drive efficiencies and cost reductions.
â Sourcing/ Negotiating / Contracting / SRM:
â SOURCING - develop bid tenders & negotiation templates and lead efforts to solicit commercial offerings. Lead ad hoc and emergency requirements.
â CONTRACTING - negotiate and maintain contractual terms and conditions utilizing Master Service Agreements (MSA's), Purchase Orders (PO's), Outline Agreements (OLA's) and other contractual terms and conditions as necessary
â SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers including "Field Improvement Team" (FIT) meetings. Work with suppliers to ensure R2P system functions properly.
Basic/Required Qualifications:
â 3+ years of experience in supply chain management
â Intermediate level of proficiency conducting RFP's, sourcing evaluations, and post-award contract management
â Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualification:
â 5+ years of supply chain management experience supporting upstream oil and gas
â Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related technical discipline
â Intermediate level of GEP experience
â Intermediate level of proficiency in technical and commercial analytics and evaluations
