Description:

Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams.
Manage communication with candidates, providing timely updates and necessary information regarding the recruitment process.
Assist in the preparation and posting of job roles both internally and externally.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packages, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and processed.
Keep track of background screening status and help when there are hold-ups to speed up the completion and bring forward the new hire's start date.
Provide support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process by providing feedback and suggestions based on observations and candidate feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Professional Qualifications & Experience :
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a recruitment or HR setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a positive stakeholder experience.
Skilled in using SuccessFactors for ATS and screening vendor such as HireRIght, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role.

Schedule - Monday to Friday 8 to 5 - working remotely on Monday and Friday
