Controller Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Financial Controller based in the Dallas, TX area. Medicare Home Health and / or Hospice experience strongly preferred but not required. Multi-site Healthcare accounting and financial leadership experience as a CPA is a must. FPNA experience a plus. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!

Controller Job Requirements

  • Healthcare accounting and financial leadership experience.
  • Medicare Home Health / PDGM knowledge preferred.
  • CPA required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • FPNA experience.

Controller Job Responsibilities
  • Oversite of day-to-day operations of the accounting/finance department.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret data and KPI's for financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership.
