Job description

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

    Technical Skills:

  • JIRA

  • Sprint grooming

  • SDLC best practices

  • UAT Testing

  • Cyber Security principles

  • Reporting applications

    Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in vulnerability management or business analyst

  • Understands Agile methodology

  • Experienced in taking business requirements and translating into clear user stories

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic and a proactive mindset with ability to think "outside of the box" to solve problems.

  • Experience solving complex data flow challenges

  • Advanced knowledge of complex queries for data analysis

  • Experience with at least one coding language (PowerShell, Python, C#, etc.)

  • Experience in automation and optimization of repetitive processes and reporting

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with partners to drive completion of critical development activities

  • Lead regular forums with development teams to break down business requirements into development activities

  • Analyze requirements to develop and manage program metrics and reporting

  • Author business requirement documents and user stories for developer backlogs

  • Prioritize work efforts based off business and management driven needs

  • Implement identified process improvements

  • Work with partnering organizations to automate manual metrics and reporting

  • Support the GEM Operations Lead with ad-hoc requests
