Job description
TRAVEL REQUIRED: US based with ability to travel throughout the US.
Job Description:
Work with IT leadership and the ERP/Business Application Managers, to realize our enterprise application roadmap.
Develop project plans and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Lead the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the organization.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in establishing realistic timelines and goals for project deliverables
Demonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts; and create partnerships with team members and stakeholders
Work seamlessly with Organizational Change Management to drive change to ensure project success while taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities
Develop / maintain detailed project budgets Follow standard project methodology frameworks to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Manage project status, risks and issues with appropriate escalation mechanism
Pro-actively develop and implement strategies that significantly mitigate program/project risk
Establish contacts and cultivate relationships and a network both inside and outside of EnerSys Conduct follow-up meetings with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve project management processes and toolkits
Qualifications:
8+ years of in-depth experience in SAP S/4 and/or SAP ECC across configuration, implementation and project management domains.
Minimum of 2-3 end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementations for a large enterprise (combination of brown field and green field) in Manufacturing organization strongly desired.
Strong IT Application Project Management skills required; PMI or equivalent certification / relevant experience preferred. Solid analytical / problem solving skills required.
Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
Proven experience structuring frameworks/approaches to complex problem-solving experience in LEAN processes is strongly preferred
Experience working successfully in large, complex, fast-paced organizations
Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince II. Experience with other Project Management tools.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $80-$91.88/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
