Role Purpose Statement

The ideal candidate is responsible for supporting the Pricing Manager in managing and executing transactional pricing for key airline accounts.

Main Accountabilities
  • Develop detailed revenue impact analyses and marginal contribution assessments on revenue and labor for all pricing activities.
  • Assist the manager in forecasting revenue and food cost projections during the annual budgeting process.
  • Evaluate and audit labor standards established by Industrial Engineering to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create and audit cost sheets, validating the revenue impact of any changes.
  • Generate ad hoc analyses as requested by Sales and Services, the Pricing Manager, Program Management, customers, and CSC.
  • Investigate and provide insights on pricing and revenue opportunities in response to inquiries from CSCs.
  • Serve as a key resource for Sales and Services on revenue analysis for new business prospects.
  • Conduct comprehensive pricing and revenue audits to ensure financial integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) and Credit/Collections Department to address billing and accounts payable issues.
  • Support the Pricing Manager with all pricing functions, including price adjustments, food cost updates, and bid analyses.
  • Liaise with Procurement and Program Management to manage and optimize food costs.
  • Participate in menu presentations and customer meetings to provide pricing and financial insights.
  • Conduct product yield studies as needed to ensure accurate menu costing.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in costing or pricing, or equivalent knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications; advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%.
  • Must be experienced in Excel
  • Position is located in Texas, candidate must be willing to relocate or live in the DFW metroplex Area.
  • Hybrid position with 4 days in Office 1 Work from home.
