We seek an experienced Technical Analyst to serve as a part of the Company's Engineering Services team that supports PEO Soldier. Position Description: The Technical Analyst provides the highest technician-level support, often in the form of assistance to other engineers, technical specialists, and analysts, generally as an integral component of a complete solution to identified customer requirements. Will focus on integrating and testing individual TAK products and overall server infrastructure. A Successful Technical Analyst at ACI Will: Provide advanced level technical support to ACI customers as well as other members of the ACI Team. Conduct network configuration, server configuration and hardware configuration analysis. Develop, maintain, and contribute to technical documentation. Administer Linux operating systems specifically with CLI. Possess strong communication skills, both orally and in writing to convey IT and cloud technologies. Possess strong troubleshooting skills with proven experience viewing logs and solving issues. Possess strong customer service etiquette. Required Qualifications: Due to the nature of this work the candidate must have, or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Must possess a High School diploma and 14 years' experience or, Associate's degree and 12 years' experience or, Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience or, Master's degree in a related field and no experience Ability to travel to customer locations and supporting customer engagement locations. Security+ certification or have the ability obtain within 90 days of employment. Experience with virtualization, specifically VMware. Experience with Windows servers. Experience with Linux Experience with JIRA products. Experience with networking concepts and technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, VPN, LAN. Experience with PALO ALTO firewalls Preferred Qualifications: Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as PowerShell or Ansible Current Cisco Certified Network Associate Current AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Military experience or a basic understanding of DoD communications equipment and acronyms Understanding of AWS technologies, trends, and best practices Experience with containerization platforms such as Dockers or Kubernetes An understanding of database concepts Experience with TAK products Experience with help desk operations Augustine Consulting, Inc. offers a robust benefits package which includes: Competitive salary Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans Group Life and Voluntary Life Insurance plans Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave Tuition and Professional Development Reimbursement Program Pay Band Information: $85,000 - $160,000 The ACI pay band for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of a specific compensation. Factors that influence the pay offered to a specific candidate for this position include, but are not limited to, federal and state laws; federal government contract labor categories and contract wage rates; relevant prior work experience; a candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors; geographic location; education; and certifications.
