Position Description:
Daily volume fluctuates, that said, the RVT/RVS should be able to perform up to 14 high quality, accurate scans per day.
The RVT/RVS is an important part of the 3-person Evaluation Team, consisting of the NP, Clinical Specialist (MA), and the RVT/RVS. Together these three skilled healthcare practitioners determine whether the patient has PAD or not, and whether a revascularization procedure is indicated or not.
Starting pay is based on experience
Comprehensive training provided

RVT Responsibilities:
Perform arterial duplexes, relay findings to the NP, create drafts of reports for the Physician to review, edit if needed, and finalize.
On occasion, also perform other exams such as venous dopplers and exams to rule out pseudo-aneurysms.
May be required to train at other clinical positions in the clinic, to help cross-cover as needed.

Schedule:
M-F, 8 -10hr shifts, Rotational Saturdays
Travel between our Laredo facility and Eaglepass facility required.
100% outpatient position no hospital work, no call.

Requirements:
18-month minimum commitment required
Flexible schedule is a must
RVT/RVS required.
A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charisma, and excellent bedside manner.
Tech savviness
Drug screens and background check
Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive mind, anticipate and preempt problems (rather than simply react to them)

We currently do not offer paid holidays or paid time off. Our pay is at the 99th percentile for all positions in the locations that we are in. Higher pay has a far higher dollarized value than paid holidays or PTO does. Thus, we do not offer paid holidays or PTO we offer the highest pay around.
You may take up to 80 hours of UTO (unpaid time off).
