What You Will Do

As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our quality management efforts, leading initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce defects, and optimize our Global Quality Management System (QMS) and Work Management System (WMS). You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, digitalize key processes, and implement cutting-edge solutions that elevate our performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Quality Management: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for enterprise-wide quality programs, focusing on digitalizing processes, reducing defects, and optimizing cost efficiency.

Global QMS Optimization and Work Management System (WMS): Centralize and harmonize the Global Quality Management System across design, supplier quality, and manufacturing, production ensuring consistent, transparent quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Lead the digitalization of data capture in manufacturing, leveraging advanced analytics tools like JMP, Minitab, and Power BI to provide real-time visibility into quality metrics and informed decision-making.

Process Improvement: Utilize Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, FMEA, Kaizen) and/or Toyota Lean Manufacturing principles to drive quality improvement initiatives, enhance productivity, and reduce downtime and defects.

Supplier Collaboration: Manage quality improvement programs with key suppliers, driving cost recovery, enhancing reliability, and optimizing the supply chain.

Innovation and Digitalization: Implement innovative solutions, including machine learning for warranty claim analysis and digitalized defect data capture, to transform quality management and accelerate problem resolution.

Audit Management: Develop and maintain a regular audit schedule, ensuring thorough coverage of all relevant areas. Create or update audit checklists, review processes against standards, and document non-conformities and deviations.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly analyze quality data, identify patterns, and recommend actionable changes. Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies to ensure ongoing progress and optimal performance.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical ), Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent industrial experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).

Toyota Lean Manufacturing (TLM)

Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, Control Charts, DOE, MSA).

Experience with digital transformation in manufacturing and quality processes.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving organizational change.
