Job description
An Innova Solutions Client is immediately hiring for a Sr. Finance Manager
- Position type: Full-time/Direct Hire
Location: Lubbock, TX - ONSITE
Please note the following important details regarding this position:
- This posting is for multiple openings of a Senior Finance Manager
- This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled
- This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location in Lubbock, TX
- Work Week: Monday - Friday
- Work Shift: Day
Finance Manager who will:
- Utilize deep analytical and business insight expertise to play an integral role driving financial impact across the organization
- Focus on thoroughly understanding the business drivers and underlying financial results
- Seek to uncover value and drive impact
- Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work through ambiguity
- Proactively solve problems
- Drive data-driven insights to inform decision making, resource allocation and importantly, influence business decision-making
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another closely related field of study
- 8+ years of closely related finance experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or another related business field of study
- Certified Public Accountant, HFMS or FACHE certification
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range : $90k - $130k per year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
