Job Description:

As a Toddler Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for assisting the lead teacher with classroom operations including student engagement, maintaining a happy, safe, and healthy learning environment, assisting students with eating and bathroom habits as needed, and with the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education curriculum. Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community.

Employment Qualifications:

Must be 18+ years old.

Have an awarded High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to often carry and lift 25 pounds or less (25-50%) and occasionally carry and lift 25-50 pounds (10-25%).

Previous teaching experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. In general, this position requires an individual to frequently walk, stand, sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, rise from the floor, twist, listen, read, write, and speak the English language. This position is regularly required to hear and use clear vision with or without correction.
