The Lead must have a broad knowledge of computer software, hardware, and networks. The Leader must have some background with factory process, resource planning, and procurement. S/He will be responsible for ensuring our company's computer systems and applications support Raytheon manufacturing factories mission. What You Will Do Make recommendations for future upgrades and changes to policy.
Ensure issues reported by users are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Maintain integrity of the server deployment, and security
Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is consistent with Raytheon security practices.
Ensure the development and administration of servers, factory computers, printers, software deployment, security updates and patches are maintained within Raytheon policies.
Leadership and administration of direct reports
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Experience leading direct employees, e.g., direction of customer projects, and/ or day to day activities
Experience with Operations Technology (OT) integration and automation experience (sensors, robotics, etc.)
OT data acquisition, evaluation, and management
Experience in Application and server hosting
Experience with LINUX and Windows security policies
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer Knowledge with HP server hardware support and diagnosis
Knowledge with HP and/ or NetApp storage hardware support and diagnosis
Knowledge of NAS and/or SAN
Experience with Cisco or Forcepoint products
Technical Certification such as Security+, CISSP, CNA, MCP and/or MCSA, or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good customer interaction skills with users of all levels

This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
