Regional Sales Director

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Globe Life Liberty National Division has an immediate opening for a Regional Director of Sales. The Regional Director of Sales oversees the recruiting, training, and leadership development of a specified region within the company, and implements and inspects systems critical to the overall growth of their region and the organization. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record of recruiting results, leadership development, and growth in a sales leadership capacity. As a Regional Director of Sales, you will partner with our Agency Owners across the United States and provide an additional level of sales leadership and support.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• At Least Ten Years Field Management Experience

• Proven Track Record In Recruiting

• Proven Track Record of leadership development through coaching and mentoring.

• Technology-savvy with the ability to consume large amounts of data and execute an action plan based on that data

• Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift

• Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying

Required Experience:

• Experience leading and managing through Salesforce or similar CRM a plus

• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills

Extensive Travel-4 days a week or more based on business needs
