Job description

Position Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for keeping the documentation of the plant in the system and in the Mechanical Integrity folders (hardy copy and electronic), makes sure that all work orders and documentation are properly uploaded into MAXIMO with relevant information registered.

Responsibilities:
Inputs lists of items, alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic in computer-readable format.

Compares and verifies data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.

Enters data into computer using various data entry devices and keeps data organized so that it is easily accessible at any time.

Inform the Maintenance Manager and Document Control Specialist when something is out of expected and working on a plan are also part of the main responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Accountability for keeping the calibration sheets and repairs performed on the WO properly filed in MAXIMO and Mechanical Integrity physical and electrical folders, perform spot audits on the WO records and return to technician when requires additional information.

Plant Experience.

Maximo Experienec- preferred.

MSO a must.
