Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

Under the direction of the Chief Security Officer, the Security Manager serves as the unifying focal point during their assigned shift for all security and security-related operations to ensure appropriate levels of security are established and all security protocols are being enforced. The Security Manager will manage the lead security analyst, security analysts, access control coordinator, security and parking coordinator, as well as any third-party security vendor(s). The Security Manager will provide operational management for all security needs at Pecos Children's Center, including but not limited to the management of surveillance cameras, security equipment, and access control during an assigned shift. The Security Manager will develop and evaluate security staffing levels, conducts security risk assessments, evaluates equipment and vehicle readiness and requirements, and oversees, implements, and develops security training curriculum and exercises.
