Job Description

The Crew Support Coordinator provides administrative support to the Crew Resources department. This role will be responsible for providing best in class support to our crewmembers and managers regarding policies and procedures, pay, benefits, retirement, time off, and onboarding.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

Responds to email and phone inquiries regarding any Crew Resources questions, including but not limited to benefits, onboarding, retirement, compliance, and general policy questions

Creates cases in EthicsPoint and assigns them to the appropriate Crew Relations Leader to resolve

Escalates crew and manager questions to Crew Resources Specialists, as appropriate

Reviews and approves crew self-service tasks in Workday

Assists crew with employment verification requests and routing them to our third-party vendor

Provides managers with information on crewmembers' eligibility for rehire

Responds to unemployment requests

Supports several core compliance items, including I-9, E-Verify, and Labor Law compliance

Provides administrative support for the annual Best Places to Work surveys

Performs other duties and projects as assigned
