Job Details

  • Length of assignment: 3 Months with potential for longer assignment

  • Location: Plano, TX 75074

  • Pay: $23.41 per hour

  • Shift/Hours: M-F 8am-5pm, with occasional flexed hours or Saturdays as needed.

This is a fully on-site position.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Related associate degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience

  • Knowledge of community resources

  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word and Excel

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance

  • Moderate travel may be required.

Job Duties:

  • Meet with participants to assess their needs and develop personalized employment strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and timely case notes and records.

  • Conduct outreach to referrals who miss appointments.

  • Determine eligibility, enter data, and manage cases.

  • Conduct orientations for outreach purposes.

  • Maintain contact with customers and employers for work experience activities.

  • Assist with guidance for vocational training activities and support service needs.

  • Create, update, and ensure completion of plans according to contract deadlines.

  • Attend scheduled supervision meetings to discuss participant progress.

  • Travel to project areas as needed.

  • Participate in occasional weekend community events.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Extensive standing, sitting, computer, phone, and deskwork required.

  • Primarily work in a defined office environment with specified hours, although flexible hours may be necessary.

  • Interact one-on-one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.

  • Be available for occasional out-of-office meetings, conferences, and other events.



Pay Details: $23.41 per hour
