BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated "IT Business Analyst " for an opportunity in US - Plano, TX

Position Title: IT Business Analyst

Location: Plano, TX

Expected Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension

Job Type: 40 hours work week

Pay Rate: $50.00/hr - $55.00/hr on W2

Job Description

In this role, candidate will lead the management of Risk for Technology Executive by partnering with the leadership and their teams to apply subject matter expertise to support a culture of risk identification, escalation and timely mitigation of compliance and operational risks.

Candidate will be responsible to solve problems analytically by applying a mixture of risk and technology expertise to perform impact assessments, identify root causes in support of the technology control activities, and drive risk reduction in the respective technology teams.

They will be responsible to monitor the health of audit issues though their lifecycle, including action plan development and validation through approval reviews.

The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, candidate is required to drive collaboration with team mates across organizations (i.e. GIS, Technology, Operations and Audit).

Required (hard) skills/experience
1. 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
2. MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Tableau/Strong SharePoint skills

Preferred skills/experience
1. Experience in risk management, technology or financial service
2. Experience in one or more of Audit, Compliance or Business Controls, Information Security, Software Development
3. IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience
