Job Description:
Position Objective
Be a strategic partner to assist in shaping and driving the GTM strategy for launches, including goal setting and measurement, and identification of gaps and opportunities to focus
Ensure the successful implementation of program strategy, objectives, targets, and deliverables
Adopt changes to address changing market conditions and evolving business
Strong Work closely with product and retail leadership as well as Suwon on project deliverables
Establish frameworks and standards for Program and Project Management
Manage and/or compile Program related financial and KPI information
Ensure cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained
Define and embed project control and governance
Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Financial Management, Change Management across the project portfolio
Data interpretation (assessing key change drivers)
Preparing C-level slides communicating findings in a succinct and visual manner
Communicate regularly and closely with HQ, Head of Departments and Business Managers regarding information related to products as required to ensure effective and timely support
Works closely with Retail, Product and Marketing functions to ensure division strategy and plans are effectively implemented and reviewed
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Product, Online, Sales or Marketing Management experience
Proven ability to successfully bring products to market and providing strategic guidance and operational oversight to GTM Strategy
Ability to communicate effectively and craft compelling narratives to influence business and tactical stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Exceptional problem-solving skills, including ability to operate in ambiguity and establishing frame works that apply to emerging business problems
Strong organization and execution skills, including ability to operate independently and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to end results
Experience with top retailer or consumer electronics strongly preferred
Will need to be results oriented, seek empowerment, inquisitive, and possess versatile communication styles
Ability to influence, lead, motivate and direct the activities cross functional resources and support groups to attain objectives, establish project schedules and execute within specified timeline

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $50.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
