Job Summary:
The Regional Vice President Operations (RVP) provides overall leadership and elevates performance for approximately 18 hotels in the assigned market. Drives excellence in guest experiences, operational efficiency, organizational values/culture, and team development, ensuring our hotels exceed performance expectations. Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience to combine for at least 6 years in a leadership role in hotel operations.
Ability to operate individually and employing solid decision-making skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally and internally.
Must be able to learn and use computer-based technology.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Direction
Set expectations, connect to the business strategy and mission, vision, and values.
Motivate people to achieve goals and to do extraordinary things to achieve the organization's business goals with accountability.
Remove constraints and blockers to help people develop and perform as highly as possible.
Leverage expertise to provide smooth onboarding, transition, and training to General Managers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to be successful.
Manage and leads change.
Operations
Foster a sense of accountability among leaders, personally takes a strong role in ensuring commitments are met.
Apply expertise to analyze data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of multiple hotel brands, customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments. Is the expert on the market.
Lead the market top line strategies in partnership with sales and revenue management.
Guide and train others on achieving full compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and brand standards in management and/or operations.
Owner Relations
Manage owner relationships for smaller owners and contributes to owner relationships for larger owners, finding out their investment goals/needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these by leading and coordinating the development of plans to support the communication of business information and decisions.
Matrix Relationships
Build partnerships and works collaboratively with others, including top line and corporate teams, to meet shared objectives.
Respond quickly to requests from others to work toward shared goals.
Navigate indirect and direct reporting relationships to drive overall organizational success.
