KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Position Objective

• Be a strategic partner to assist in shaping and driving the GTM strategy for launches, including goal setting and measurement, and identification of gaps and opportunities to focus

• Ensure the successful implementation of program strategy, objectives, targets, and deliverables

• Adopt changes to address changing market conditions and evolving business

• Strong Work closely with product and retail leadership as well as Suwon on project deliverables

• Establish frameworks and standards for Program and Project Management

• Manage and/or compile Program related financial and KPI information

• Ensure cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained

• Define and embed project control and governance

• Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Financial Management; and Change Management across the project portfolio

• Data interpretation (assessing key change drivers)

• Preparing C-level slides communicating findings in a succinct and visual manner

• Communicate regularly and closely with HQ, Heads of Departments, and Business Managers regarding information related to products as required to ensure effective and timely support

• Works closely with Retail, Product, and Marketing functions to ensure division strategy and plans are effectively implemented and reviewed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Product, Online, Sales or Marketing Management experience

• Proven ability to successfully bring products to market and provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to GTM Strategy

• Ability to communicate effectively and craft compelling narratives to influence business and tactical stakeholders across all levels of the organization

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to operate in ambiguity and establish frameworks that apply to emerging business problems

• Strong organization and execution skills, including the ability to operate independently and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to end results

• Experience with top retailers or consumer electronics is strongly preferred

• Will need to be results-oriented, seek empowerment, be inquisitive, and possess versatile communication styles

• Ability to influence, lead, motivate, and direct the activities cross-functional resources and support groups to attain objectives, establish project schedules and execute within specified timeline
