Pay Range: $40 - $44/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Plano TX Hybrid (3 to 5 days a month) In the first month, they have to come on site more often.
Working hours: Standard (8/9 to 5/6 CDT)
We are currently searching for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Business
Process Analyst to support the Bank's Finance Department.
This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting flows and descriptions, and recommending best practices on all end-to-end business workstreams that have a direct impact on the Finance Department as well as key management reports.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key skills; Accounting background or Financial services background
Lucid or Visio
Big 4 exp
Process flow or flow chart
Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS
5+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of process engineering within Finance or Banking sectors
Highly proficient technical skills with process mapping tools such as Lucid or Visio
Experience with mapping large cross departmental process.
Someone with strong hands-on experience in evaluating Finance programme.
Someone with good knowledge of policies and procedures.
Someone with Financial services background is must have
Accounting background - Must Have
High collaboration with subject matter experts - Must Have
They will be mainly responsible for document the process and identifying risk and control points - Must have
Responsible to identify program requirement gaps - Must Have
Someone with solid hands-on controls framework experience
Strong speaking and written communication skills
Strong documentation skills
Big 4 exp (Nice to have)
Process flow documentation
This is not a technical requirement, more operational
Lucid or Visio priority but other would be okay
Strong communication skills
Knowledge and application of Change Management principals
Experience with the identification of operational controls
Experience with research of Banking regulations
