Job description

Overview DecisionPoint is seeking an experienced Weapons and Tactics Support to join our team on an upcoming project. The successful candidate will work closely with federal staff, providing management, engineering and technical services on matters related to cybersecurity posture, and ensuring that cyberspace controls are implemented according to applicable documentation. This position is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Duties & Responsibilities Provide Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) training for Cyber Wing subordinate units. Provide Weapons and Tactics Analysis Summary Reports. Analyze, create, and post DCO tactical information reports for Cyber Wing unit personnel. Facilitate Tactical Planners Course (TPC). Facilitate Weapons Instructor Course (WIC) selection process. Facilitate cyber-specific tactical planning events. Develop scenarios and challenges alongside of the training department and represent weapons and tactics at meetings. Integrate Cyberspace Weapons Systems Tactics, Techniques, & Procedures (TTP) into the Wing Exercise Program Review Lessons Learned from subordinate units and identify areas requiring training. Qualifications Active Top-Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 10+ years of experience in weapons and tactics with a DoD weapon system. CompTIA Network+ cert ( CCSP, CASP+ CE, CCNP, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH certifications). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience on current Air Force Defensive Cyber Realization, Integration, and Operational Support (DCRIOS) contract highly desired.
