Job description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to a C-Level executive. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and facilitating meetings and travel logistics.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
  • Manage heavy calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Arrange extensive travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the executive office, screening calls and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants to streamline operations and communications.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives to improve organizational efficiency's.
  • Support on boarding processes for new hires within the property management team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting C-suite executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
