Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Provide administrative support for the legal team to include, but not limited to, digital file maintenance, calendar management, and event organization

Support team with Board and Board Committee management, including assisting with Board meeting-related administrative support (e.g., scheduling, logistics, and meeting materials)

Respond to inquiries and follow up with other departments to ensure requests are completed

Manage complex domestic and international travel and meetings for multiple people or groups

Research and obtain information for reports and special assignments

Assemble and analyze information; prepare reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and memoranda

Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel worksheets; also create and manage SharePoint sites

Prepare conference rooms, create and coordinate meeting materials, and arrange catering as needed

Office environment maintenance, including routine supply orders, printing replenishment, etc.

Complete and reconcile expense reports for multiple people or groups

Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Requires a high school diploma (bachelor's degree is a plus)

5+ years of similar work experience.

Must have strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills.

Excellent organizational and computer skills.

Skillfully work with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other applications and tools such as Adobe Acrobat

History of working with confidential and sensitive information.

Ability to work with all levels of management.

Conducts oneself in a professional manner.

Ability to be self-directed when managers are traveling or out of the office.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Notary Public or willingness to become one preferred.

The salary range for this position is approximately $52k - $62k and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.
