Description:

We have immediate openings for a full-time Manager dedicated to making a meaningful difference for our clients at the Therapeutic Youth Respite in Round Rock TX.


Manger fulltime shift :

  • Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm


Below re a few job duties to expect as a Manager:


  • Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the facility.
  • Must be on duty 40 hours per week and must be available by telephone after hours and on weekends.
  • On - Call
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training of all staff members
  • Be familiar with The Wood Group's policy and procedures to include employee handbook.
  • Complete monthly administrative training as well as monthly training for staff members.
  • Responsible for assuring that all state standards and facility procedures are implemented, followed and updated as required.
  • Have ability to multitask and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a busy working environment.
  • Good time management, organization, attention to detail, and computer proficiency are integral.
  • Ability to respond with individuals and staff with patience, empathy, and understanding.
  • Responsible for assuring all residents are treated with dignity and respect.
  • Scheduling staff shifts and contacting HR with any staffing concerns.
  • Working hand in hand with the Behavioral Health Authority on all issues and concerns of the residents.
  • Immediately report all abuse, neglect or exploitation and medication errors to The Wood Group's Client Rights Officer.
  • Performs related work as assigned by Corporate Officers.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Behavioral Health Clients .
  • Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences preferred
  • A valid Texas Driver's license
  • Have ability to multitask and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a busy working environment.
  • Good time management, organization, attention to detail, and computer proficiency are integral.
  • Ability to respond with individuals and staff with patience, empathy, and understanding.
  • Experience working with children and youth.
