One of our clients in San Antonio, Texas is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk. They are looking for a candidate who has a willingness to learn, is organized, and can multitask. They are also a family owned company.

Job Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist

  • Review inventory reports.
  • Update offline schedules
  • Posting transfers from warehouse to warehouse.
  • Assign inventory control numbers.
  • Compile data from invoices, reports, and requisitions to maintain inventory, purchasing, or other records.
  • Prepare documents for new supply items.
  • Complete paperwork and verify quantities returned, analyze returned products to determine if product should be disposed of.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Inventory experience is a plus.
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Great attitude
