Looking for a high-level job that will allow you to utilize your knowledge of business plans and operations? We would love for you to become a respected member of this team! As a valued director of critical care, you will develop a broad awareness of core programs, field operations, and business plans to become the trusted face of the company. You will also be responsible for the consistent achievement of the mission and financial objectives, and oversee the administration, programs, and strategic plans of the business. Responsibilities




  • Refine and broaden all aspects of communications to produce a stronger brand

  • Facilitates, coordinates and delegates the delivery of patient care

  • Provides leadership and overall responsibility for the functioning of assigned clinical patient care/procedural unit(s)

  • Responsible 24 hours a day, with full accountability, for the staffing and management of patient care while promoting the practice of professional nursing in a specified patient care area, and for the acquisition, development, and utilization of resources needed to fulfill those responsibilities

  • Liaison between physicians and the care team, and works cooperatively with administrators, physicians, staff, other managers and all customers to provide services, which consistently meet and exceed the expectations of the customers


Qualifications


  • Bachelor s Degree in Nursing

  • 1-year management experience as a charge RN, clinical care manager/supervisor, or manager

  • 3 years of RN acute care experience

  • 5 years of nursing experience

  • Understanding of healthcare environment and strong project management skills

  • Ability to mentor, guide, and strengthen high-performance teams

  • Proven track record of scaling a performance-based company

  • Experience developing strategies to take businesses to the next level of growth

  • Thorough knowledge of quality principles, theories, and tools

  • Data analysis and statistical background knowledge
