Concorde Career College is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Financial Aid Director to oversee the administration of Title IV programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial aid principles, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Student Services: Ensure prospective and existing students are served timely and in accordance with Concorde's Code of Ethics and Core Values.
Staff Training and Compliance: Train staff and ensure compliance in all areas of financial aid administration, including counseling, estimating financial aid outcomes, packaging, approving disbursements, file review, verification, R2T4 calculations, and VA benefits.
Student Financial Literacy: Ensure students receive the required Department of Education information and enhance their financial literacy through entrance and exit processes.
Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation programs and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
Process Optimization: Maximize the utilization of information technology to improve key processes and audit results.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise 3-5 employees, including the Assistant Director of Financial Aid (if applicable). Establish and maintain a high-performing team through effective training, performance management, and career development. Recognize and reward employee contributions.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in Title IV Administration and three years in a supervisory role. Title IV proprietary education experience is preferred. For internal candidates, the supervisory requirement may be waived if proven to be a team leader in their current campus role.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience and commitment to customer service with a continuous focus on improvement.
Compliance: Must not currently be in Default on any Federal Student Loans.
