This position is with Bodyweld group and the team is spread in North America, USA and Canada, total 16 members in team.
The hiring manager is looking forward to onboard someone who has great collaborating capacities withing the team and flexible when it comes to dealing with changes and uncertainty. Also, need to be flexible with time, schedule and approach. Someone who can adapt the changes very quickly and great interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Technical Degree in Engineering, Business, supply chain, transportation, logistics management OR Work Equivalent in Applicable Field (Logistics, Packaging, Supply Chain, etc)atleast 5Yrs Work Experience in given areas - must have
Overtime: 30%
The applicant is only responsible for their own safety shoes; steel, aluminum or composite toe, rest all other PPE will be provided by Toyota.

What you'll be doing

Planning for internal logistics layout and equipment needs, go and see to gather current data (benchmarking)
Make logistics process layout and conveyance route for material delivery throughout the shop
Evaluate multiple options of equipment plans for logistics KPI while working with a team
Establish new processes or improvements as needed after experience with existing procedures.
Able to support & meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects
Provide feedback to facilitate group development
Identifying critical judgement criteria and providing studies to support decision making with strong consideration of critical path of decision making for project success.
