Job description

Candidate should have the following :

Understanding of asset management database and asset statuses

Good experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool including

Understanding of asset management database

Understanding of the procurement process (Should have understanding of how procurement is initiated and what is to be done after a new asset is delivered)

Experience with reporting and performing inventory audits

Job description is as follows:

Validation of asset inventory in SNOW

Support, verify and adhere to asset Disposal request and procedures.

Support and ensure compliance to asset Sanitization process

Gather Sanitization evidence for hardware assets attached to the disposal request and update the disposal request with the evidence of sanitization.

Identify anomalies and notify asset owners to re,te identified anomalies.

Asset Management Reporting (Asset state report, Separated User report, Device unbrick and asset lost report, Lease buyout report, Contract upload report, Mass Import report, Lease management report)

Produce monthly Evidence report.

Extend audit support as and when required.
