We are looking for a self-motivated, sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our outstanding team. The successful candidate is someone that is passionate about working in an interdisciplinary care team model with a strong desire to consistently care for our patients while supporting the overall clinical team and mission. The optimal candidate will be able to multitask and provide an exceptional patient care experience that promotes health and improvement of the patient's peripheral vascular system. Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm (No weekends or on-call shifts!)


Essential Functions:

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for diagnostic and therapeutic management of patients with various manifestation of venous insufficiency, arterial disease, dermopathies, lipedema, and lymphedema to include: complete medical history, conducting evaluations and physical tests, establishing diagnoses utilizing medical ultrasound, and developing and overseeing plans of care.

  • Completes medical documentation on patients along with appropriate referral
  • Educate patients on the current disease state
  • Evaluate ultrasound study results and communicate findings to patients
  • Provide follow-up treatments and care to patients in accordance with protocols established by physicians to include medication prescription and management
  • Promote the overall mission while overseeing clinical staff and working with interdisciplinary providers
  • Handle communications between patients, providers, DME (durable medical equipment) and other stakeholders
  • Consistently deliver optimal treatments to patients
  • Assist with procedures in OBL and complex patient management

Successful Candidate Should Possess:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in vein or lymphatic disease, wound care preferred (new grads will be considered)
  • Prior experience in a private practice clinic setting (preferred)
  • Current state license
  • Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (Spanish fluency a plus)
  • Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
