As a Privacy Office Coordinator, you'll provide coordination and project support to leadership, management, a department, or business unit.

What is the work?
Administration / Project Management:
- Administers / maintains department-specific processes and tasks
- Collects / compiles / analyzes basic information and data for inclusion in reports and presentations for management
- Applies extensive knowledge of one or more business unit programs
- Maintains data integrity; updates business databases
- Maintains / updates department website / department databases
- Communicates initiatives and programs to internal / external clients
- Coordinates events; schedules / arranges meetings; prepares progress reports related to programs or processes
- May assist in budget preparation and reconciliation
- Provides specialized support; assists in daily coordination of projects / process for both internal and external businesses
- Coordinates small projects and processes with direct supervision

What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a business-related environment, or experience related to the area / department of assignment
- Experience in project coordination and event planning

o Demonstrate experience with Salesforce

Form and workflow development (e.g., MyTools)

Security Access Management

Document management

Webpage development

o Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Office

PowerPoint

Executive presentation development

Intermediate data analysis and reporting

Word

Drafting SOPs, training documents (e.g., Visual Training Aides), department and company-wide correspondence

Project Management Skills

-Demonstrate experience with leading small projects

-Including project scoping, planning, scheduling, and tracking from start to finish

Problem Solving Skills

-Demonstrate experience with solving issues and challenges for the business area

-Including identifying gaps and root cause

-Using critical thinking and analytical skills to mitigate those issues to present potential solutions to management

- Working knowledge of software, systems, and applications required by the department (e.g., Business Intelligence, FinNet, PeopleSoft, AutoCAD, plan-o-grams, etc.)
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Strong verbal / written communication skills, including proper use of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks; attention to detail
- Ability to exercise judgment / employ basic reasoning skills within a scope of established practices and policies, and seek direction only when issues arise outside of known precedent
- Ability to regularly handle / maintain highly confidential and sensitive information or data

Can you
- Function in a fast-paced, retail and office environment
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., box of copy paper)
- Demonstrate flexibility in the role (e.g., staying late as dictated by the business)
