Regional Operations Manager
The Regional Operations Manager performs overall leadership and management across multiple dialysis facilities in part of a given region, including clinic operational and financial management. Work involves overall responsibility for supervising the provision of quality care given at assigned facilities. This individual is responsible for overall control and oversight of facility operations as well as supporting the Regional Vice President (RVP) with Joint Venture interactions and business development across the region. This includes maintaining the quality and adequacy of patient care; for recognizing and assisting in solving professional, administrative, and supervisory problems in the clinics. Position exercises considerable judgment in applying professional knowledge in solving leadership, clinical and administrative problems within established policies and practices, as reviewed by the governing body of the facility and by the medical director through conferences, reports and observation of results obtained.
Required Education and Experience
A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations management.
Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure in the state in which the facilities are located preferred. BSN preferred.
Twelve months of experience in nursing preferred.
Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements preferred.
2 years of experience in nursing care of patients with permanent kidney failure or undergoing transplant, including training in and experience with the dialysis process preferred.
At least three to five years' experience in both clinical and management of an ESRD facility preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current CPR Certification.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow employees.
High levels of IT skills, particularly utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics software.
