As a Seller Defined Audiences (SDA) Manager, eCommerce Website Operations you'll manage a team that maintains daily operations of customer-facing site and app to drive high levels of customer engagement, conversion, and systems accuracy. You'll apply your and your team's knowledge of backend systems and site operations tools to drive 100% accuracy for product availability, pricing, and promotions, and deploy content and resolve site issues, both planned and unplanned.

We are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience leading digital retail / content teams, Retail Grocery experience highly preferred
- Customer obsession and a passion for products, both food and non-food
- Possess a sharp attention to customer preferences and trends in merchandising
- A leader in San Antonio, TX or willing/able to relocate to San Antonio, TX
What is the work?
Management:
- Manages / leads pricing and promotions accurately and timely; manages items onto and off the site based on business plans
- The ability to lead people, both internally and externally; foster collaboration among team members by providing tools and insight to help drive results
- Clearly create, define, and outline goals for your area's team
- Leads / ensures thorough online catalog reviews to maintain alignment with Stores / business plans; proactively reviews online pricing / promotions for accuracy, completeness, and correctness
- Identifies products not onsite and partners with Product Content, Merchandising, other teams to fill data gaps / drive to deployment
- Builds / executes plans to launch new Stores
- Proactively builds plans for / deploys multiple solutions that resolve issues with daily site, app, or e-Store functionality (e.g., new promotions, disasters, major functionality changes, Store equipment failures, recalls)
- Develops complex reporting solutions to track product catalog KPIs (e.g., completion and quality metrics)
- Manages / coaches Site Operations Partners; reviews / approves work for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborates with multiple departments to create solutions / refine current capabilities
- Monitors H-E-B competition; stays current on digital innovations; researches / recommends new opportunities
- Assures team adheres to stringent deadlines to ensure smooth flow of content projects through the department and allow for special projects, pre-work, and rush assignments
- Serves as SME for pricing / promotions and product catalog needs for Digital Commerce
- Streamline workflows; establish efficient workflows for asset creations, approval, distribution, and archival. Automate when possible
- Continuously improve; solicit feedback from stakeholders to drive success and improvement for your area
What is your background?
- Bachelor's degree in digital retail, business, a related field, or comparable experience
- 3+ years of experience related to leading a team in digital retail or digital content
- Experience with content management systems
- Experience creating and using Seller Defined Audiences (SDA) and data to drive eCommerce Merchandising strategy
