Job Title: Systems Administrator II Location: San Antonio, Texas Employment Type: Full-time Job Functions: The Systems Administrator shall implement, troubleshoot and maintain Information Technology (IT) systems. Requirements: Active TS/SCI with polygraph level within 7 years. Five (5) years' experience as a SA working on programs of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. CWIP Certification (IAT Level 1) is required. (Security+, etc) Must be a U.S. Citizen Qualifications: Configure, install, manage and troubleshoot UNIX and Windows operating systems and GOTS/COTS software Support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices Optimizes system operations and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis At least 5 years troubleshooting software installations and operations. Understanding of computer networks with ability to identify, troubleshoot, and document network connectivity and performance issues. Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems At least 5 years analyzing and correcting data flow issues within systems. Experience in understanding network diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot dataflow and computer system related issues. Working knowledge of enterprise dataflow and Nifi is helpful. Willing to perform 24/7 shift work. At this time, multiple shift schedules can be determined to provide 24/7 desk coverage.
